We want you to be completely satisfied with your Laura Mercier purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then secure it to the outside of your package over any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
